Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent out within 3 working days of receiving, during busy periods this could increase to 5 days. Where possible we will always aim to post earlier.
SHIPPING DOMESTIC – UK ONLY
We offer free shipping on all orders over £35.
All orders under £35 will be sent to you by either Royal Mail 1st Class signed for costing £4.70 or Standard Shipping costing £3.95 including fully recycled and recyclable cardboard and paper packaging.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK
If you are not fully satisfied with your order please contact us directly using the email address below. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you the day you received your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please initially email your return or exchange request to email@example.com with your proof of purchase attached or stating your order number.
If you have just changed your mind, you may exercise your rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) Otherwise refunds and exchanges are only offered if an item is faulty and non repairable. We do not offer refunds if the incorrect size has been purchased. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on any items that have been custom made or had amendments, personalised or custom features added or changed when ordered. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged and only in the case of being faulty.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and returned in the same condition that you received it (unless an unacceptable fault has occurred during wear), with the original woven brand and care labels intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase printed out and enclosed with your return so that we can identify it with you. Please note that the item to be returned must be posted no later than the 14th day from the day you received your goods to be eligible for a refund or exchange once assessed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is approved as faulty, in which case we will refund you the shipping cost to your original method of payment.
If you are shipping an item to us with a value of over £50, you should use a tracked shipping service. We can’t be held responsible for your returned items being lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the outcome of your request. We will only refund if the product is faulty and cannot be repaired by us to a very good standard.
In this case if a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 14 days from us receiving the returned goods.
We will repair free of charge (if deemed repairable) or replace items if they are faulty. Due to the nature of Little Pip products being unique, one off or limited edition, we cannot guarantee a replacement of the same product if it is not repairable, but can offer another item of the same value from the selection available on our website at the time. If there is nothing that you would like to exchange your item for, we will offer you a credit note.
